Business Development Management Ireland & UK (m/f/d)

What you'll be doing

• Drive sales and business development of our air cargo cooling container, the Opticooler®, within your assigned region.
  
• Identify and target potential customers, with a strong focus on manufacturers of temperature-sensitive pharmaceuticals exporting and distributing their products worldwide by air.
  
• Initiate and oversee the qualification and validation processes of the Opticooler® with pharmaceutical companies.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the global pharmaceutical air cargo cool chain—including shippers, forwarders, and airlines—to gather market insights and expand rental activities.
  
• Conduct regular meetings with existing and prospective clients to present and promote DoKaSch products, while preparing business cases for new products, services, and revenue opportunities. Actively participate in quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with customers.
  
• Position the Opticooler® as a highly reliable and cost-effective packaging solution for the international airfreight cool chain in your region.
  
• Represent DoKaSch at industry trade fairs and conferences to promote our solutions and strengthen market presence.
  
• Collaborate closely with international sales colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient global container flows.
  
• Work strategically with senior executives and operational teams to translate business strategies into sustainable, long-term growth.
  
• Report directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, based in Amsterdam.
